Machine Feature
- This equipment is suitable for conducting decorative processes such as multi-color UV ink screen printing and hot stamping on the surfaces of bottles, cans, caps and other special-shaped products made of materials like plastic, metal and glass, meeting the surface beautification needs of products with different materials and shapes.
- The equipment adopts an integrated turntable design, and all printing processes are completed on the same set of fixtures. This not only ensures high-precision printing effect of ±0.1mm, but also effectively avoids scratch damage to products during the processing.
- Relying on the drive of digital servo motor, the equipment can realize 360° all-round printing of products; at the same time, it is equipped with remote management and service functions, which conforms to the Industry 4.0 technical standards and facilitates remote monitoring, operation and maintenance.
- The core electrical components are all selected from well-known brands, matched with PLC control system, and support convenient touch screen operation and wireless tablet control, taking into account both the stability of equipment performance and the convenience of operation.
